What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
The organization is able to make the change from using Google Docs and a chaotic system of folders and documents to one with neat departmental spaces, categories, subcategories, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate having a clean, well-structured area to record the internal know-how of a company (such as procedures, tools, product knowledge, etc.). 91制片厂ing a network of pages that can be easily linked between and to Jira tickets is a smart idea.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some formatting requirements can be a pain when you're writing and attempting to get the text just so, or you may be able to achieve it but it'll take you a while to figure out how. To be fair, the inserts don't always have what I'm looking for, but I do agree that there's a great variety.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We no longer have to worry about employees leaving with their training and system expertise because to Confluence. We have compiled some resources for new hires and people assuming this position.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
It is that you can build a whole wikipedia for your own company using Confluence
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
it's easy to create wiki pages and create content in ways that I like
What do you dislike most about this product?
unlike tools like Google Docs, having people edit and comment on your docs isn't as intuitive. I think the search function can be improved - although it could be related to how people name documents, but it's often hard to find the kind of documents I am looking for
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think it's a unique product and worth getting
