What differentiates Commio from other similar products?

Similar products offerings are session-based while commio provides minutes-based pricing which is much more flexible and reliable

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing is we can connect using Twilio, which provides great relief as we can connect to existing carriers easiy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing is quotation based and not fixed, which makes small businesses hard to use it.. there should have been a basic plan included.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are already using a similar kind of product do give a try to this one, it has much more reliability and a good SAAS APIU robust system

What differentiates Commio from other similar products?

Commio bring forwards texting at scale. It has been the most reliable tool for sending generative text messages including multimedia support with ease. Learning curve is also very gentle and a small team is needed to be trained to use this tool with its full potential.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most useful and featured aspect of this product includes full control of the call flow. Complete control of the type of message and customisable to the minuscule details makes it far far better than any other alternatives in the market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not very budget friendly. Support team also has multiple level of escalations due to which it becomes a hassle to resolve an issue at the earliest.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your primary agenda is communication and lots of API handling for the same then this tool is right for you. Also budget should be more expandable since it is on the higher side.
