What differentiates CloudEagle.ai from other similar products?
CloudEagle.ai has reduced SaaS costs without impacting productivity. It helps us by facilitating hidden IT tools that we don鈥檛 realize on other platforms. Furthermore, CloudEagle.ai centralizes contracts, renewals, and usage data into one clean dashboard.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The renewal tracking feature has saved me from unexpected auto-renewals multiple times. I rely on the usage analytics to understand which tools actually deliver value to our teams. CloudEagle.ai gives me confidence during audits by clearly showing license ownership and access details.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the advanced features in CloudEagle.ai need onboarding to work with them. This is somehow time consuming process. I usually get overwhelmed by this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend CloudEagle.ai to organizations struggling with SaaS sprawl and rising subscription costs. Also, I must tell you that the initial setup takes some time, but the long-term visibility benefits are worth the effort.

What differentiates CloudEagle.ai from other similar products?
It鈥檚 great to have a platform that helps IT work in collaboration with the Finance and Procurement teams. We are now finally able to measure true SaaS value against cost and usage. The support team is also worth appreciating, being responsive and knowledgeable, which makes onboarding quite fast and easy. It contains the ability to detect shadow IT, which helps us enhance governance and minimize compliance risks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It automatically discovers and maps SaaS usage without any manual input. I mostly utilize the usage analytics dashboard to identify apps that are not being used. I also used the platform to minimize vendor recline by pointing out underlying tool capabilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have discovered that not all of the SaaS applications we use are supported fundamentally in the discovery engine. Moreover, I have seen that managing numerous app ownerships across departments can get messy without solid governance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you currently track all your SaaS contracts in spreadsheets and are looking to have a centralized repository, then CloudEagle is for sure a game-changer for you, with the ability to save you hours during audits and renewals.

I believe it's quite easy to distinguish CloudEagle.ai among others with the help of its remarkable features and support, AI-driven insights, automatic license harvesting, cost optimization, minimal security risks, and data breaches. Also, the SaaSMap knowledge graph is quite noteworthy as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am having a great time with this platform, as it covers the complete SaaS lifecycle management and has been proven very fruitful. I no longer have to worry about software and app licensing, onboarding/offboarding, contract and renewal management, overall software spend, and compliance act for sure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven鈥檛 seen any drawbacks to this platform.
