What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?
Cisco allows you to call, and receives calls through a company number. Does not have much different from other products
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of the program, easy to use
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product would repeatedly not load when you first start the computer. It would cause me to lose time at work trying to get it to load. The product is not reliable and company's should just use Skype or Teams to make calls.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Explore other options because this product is not reliable and crashes frequently.

The ease of understanding makes Jabber easier to connect with team members, updating status, making calls etc
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It integrates quite well with other Microsoft.Its full functionality of a VoIP system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I struggle with the settings for Jabber, although I save them, they are constantly resetting and Jabber is trying to use the incorrect microphone on my PC.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
