Cisco Jabber is a fantastic tool however has some limitations like chat history isn鈥檛 stored. It鈥檚 powerful to refer to a message that belongs to previous chats. What do you dislike most about this product?

whenever we try to record the session it starts showing clunky behavior and then it seems like it is a recording session but in the end, there is no recording anywhere. I don鈥檛 have clue what's wrong and where is something wrong but that鈥檚 how it is.
