What differentiates CaptivateIQ from other similar products?

They are constantly improving. Every few months there is a new feature that was not offered before to help with our end-users experience in the platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Any compensation plan can be set up in CaptivateIQ. we no longer have to set up plans based on our technology's limitations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because its so customizable, setting up a new plan is daunting, but there are a lot of support documents and the support team is very available to help.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have multiple unique plans, do it. Commission calculation has never been easier.
