What differentiates CallTrackingMetrics from other similar products?

I used a lot of call tracking numbers in the past, but none have the dashboard which allows me to dive into the reporting and source out the best leads.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the ease of use. Setting up a new tracking number is fairly easy and the reporting/call records are a nice feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't used the product long enough to say what my biggest dislike is.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do research to see if it's the right fit for your business. I'm not aware of the price of the service, but I'm sure it's not the cheapest solution on the market.

call tracking metrics offer many integrations with other platforms like facebook, salesforce and google.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Is easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

integration with facebook sometimes have some errors, sometimes i receive calls without visitor data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

this product is very effective and easy to understand.

Call Analytics Real-time and historical reporting and analytics on call metrics, such as talk time, competition win rate, key words, sentiment etc.

Role-Based Access Enable different levels of access based on role e.g. administrators can modify and see all data or department managers have access only to their data.
