What differentiates BulkSMS from other similar products?

Honestly, your easy to use Zapier integration and catering to South African customers was 100% of the reason I chose BulkSMS - used it as a way to deliver notifications and get customers back onto my app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zapier integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not particularly innovative. I wasn鈥檛 able to send URLs via SMS. Your landing pages were a bit meh.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you鈥檙e not technical and planning on using low-code/no-code SMS software then this is a great choice.

What differentiates BulkSMS from other similar products?

Not much, just that its rates are lower.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cheaper rates, plus they don't charge if until the messages have been received and if not, they refund. I like that I can fund wallet and use a little amount of money to reach more people via text.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They're too generic. Plus, no feature to allow people to respond or not.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it, it's ok.
