We've explored a few other CRMs like freshsales, leadsquared over the years, but none quite matched Brevo's balance of simplicity and flexibility. As an admin managing forms, landing pages, automation, and data across multiple teams, Brevo has made everything surprisingly smooth. It鈥檚 one of the few platforms we鈥檝e stuck with for over 6 years 鈥� and that says a lot. The UI is clean, the tools actually work as expected, and it's kept up with our growth without becoming overwhelming.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favorite things about Brevo is how flexible and easy the form creation and embedding options are 鈥� something I found surprisingly hard to get right in other tools. Beyond that, I really appreciate the simplicity of the email editor, solid data segmentation features, and how smooth it is to manage campaigns and automation. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and easy to navigate, even when handling large amounts of data. Also special mention to insightful analytics .

What do you dislike most about this product?

There鈥檚 honestly not much to complain about 鈥� the platform does what it promises and does it well. If I had to mention something, it would be the lack of live phone support. While the help docs and email support are solid, sometimes it would be faster to just talk to someone, especially for urgent or complex queries.

Professional tool to make emails design more attractive. I can generate the content through AI to make to get more to increase open rates of mails.

I can create full campaign in very short time. It's very easy to create content for my email marketing campaign and schedule mails as per my time and allow me to create good design for my newsletters.

As a user it's good way to make emails marketing efforts easy
