What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

The tool is super simple to setup and integrate with your website, especially if you're running on WordPress. The detailed transactional logs make it easy to have track of all emails sent to customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The transactional email log that lets you see all the details regarding any email sent through Brevo is epic. All emails sent automatically by WooCommerce (through Brevo) are there and you can easily identify if there are any issues with delivery.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be good to see a live support, together with slightly faster technical support. The tool itself satisfies to full extent, the only challenge we faced is wait-time when we need support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to have a webmaster onboard to properly set up all DNS records.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

We began utilizing it in the corporation because of all the valuable and productive things it can do for us. Considering all the useful features it provides for our department, we implemented this tool. We love how it automates the process of building and maintaining relationships with customers, whether it's through email or social media.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that it is a fascinating and appealing tool now helps the staff feel engaged and inspired to incorporate it into the activities. This is mainly due to its easy and light handling, one of its key advantages. Also, you should always provide great pricing plans to make clients want to add it to their company even more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As it has met my requirements, I have not encountered any problems or issues with this tool thus far; on the contrary, it is effective and productive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suggest this tool to any company because of the great value it adds to the marketing realm. Brevo is not only multipurpose but also online, simple to use, and requires little time to educate employees to use. Its inexpensive plans and adaptable pricing structure make it a good fit for small enterprises looking to keep client satisfaction high.

Very good product. Very easy to use and the templates are pretty good.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy to use and has some nice templates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not have the integration capabilities of similar software like Mailchimp.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Not a bad product. The pricing is good and is very easy to use. However, products such as Mailchimp are superior in regard to features and integrations.
