What differentiates Box from other similar products?
Box performs a great job of storing data in the cloud, making it available from any device with an active internet connection. As a student, I like how simple it is to save copies of my work. I have no trouble moving data from my mobile device, laptop, and desktop PC.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's fantastic how quickly I can upload files via the web after checking in, and I appreciate how easy it is to get started using it. Box allows several users to access and update files simultaneously. When using this software, coworkers in different locations can easily communicate and share files.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The verification mechanism might use an update; on more than one occasion, I was routed away from files that I had created and to which I had not provided a link, with an error message stating that I lacked the necessary permissions to see them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Box addresses the issue of having insufficient file-transfer options relative to the number of technological devices available. It's helpful since I can easily move data from my mobile device, laptop, and desktop PC.
