User-friendly frontline worker platform
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Blink from other similar products?
Blink really stands out with its focus on frontline workers and mobile-first approach. Unlike traditional employee platforms that feel built for desk workers, Blink truly understands the needs of deskless teams. The feed-style interface feels familiar like social media, making adoption much easier than clunky enterprise solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best part is definitely how intuitive it is for non-technical users. The social media-like interface means virtually no training is needed, and the engagement levels we've seen are much higher than with our previous solutions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The analytics and reporting features could be more comprehensive. Sometimes it's difficult to track engagement metrics in detail, and the admin controls could be more granular. The desktop experience isn't quite as polished as the mobile version, which can be limiting for administrators.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd recommend starting with a pilot group of frontline workers to test engagement. Focus on getting your communications strategy right before rolling out more complex features. It's particularly well-suited for organizations with large deskless workforces.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Enables Productivity
- Effective Service
- Caring

What differentiates Blink from other similar products?
It鈥檚 incredibly user-friendly and straightforward. Creating workflows is a breeze, and it facilitates seamless communication with both your team and external contacts. I appreciate the ability to have private conversations, which makes it more efficient and preferable compared to traditional tools like email
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Blink provides us with an internal communication platform where supervisors can share information, and employees can also share pictures, posts, and more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One area for improvement would be to manage the feed鈥檚 clutter. Initially, it can be overwhelming, and occasionally, the nature of the messages might be negative.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would like to recommend the solution because of the pricing
