What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
Its Automation Anywhere Robotic Interface works as a bridge to overcome the gap between the back office and the front office. Its AARI supports us in interacting with boots through a conversational interface, blended attended automation, and unattended automation for smoother workflows. It also offers a comprehensive integration with external sources and powerful applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its cloud-native approach creates ease of deployment and scalability without any additional stock in infrastructure. It has proved a game-changer for my business as we were searching for software to modernize our workflow swiftly, hence reducing the time we usually spend on setup. Also, cognitive capabilities such as processing unstructured files through IQ bots, make it versatile for automating complex workloads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are not any considerable downsides except for minors. It is a great automation tool with high flexibility and is favorable for all scales of businesses. It is also very user-friendly and hence accessible for beginners as well as for experts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The automation of Automation Anywhere is not like 鈥渟et it鈥� and 鈥渇orget it鈥�. It demands regular check-in of performances as bots sometimes encounter performance issues when the process transforms and the system takes a new step while functioning.
