What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is suitable for any number of activities, easy to use, and excellent for tracking all tasks within the project and several other projects at the same time. It helps to navigate between them easily, as well as merging their achievements within one panel to simplify comparison between them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I find it effective in managing financial flows and documenting documents. The updates panel in Asana is distinctive, it maintains the continuity of cooperation by documenting updates and applying them directly to the workflow schedule. When linked to email, it becomes easy to communicate with participating parties and clients, and document all project documents. Using Asana to manage meetings is great, it simplifies documenting meeting minutes and adhering to closing dates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very limited, customization options are sufficient for everything, notifications may not arrive sometimes, which may delay the response in real time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana has enhanced communication between team members, and enabled us to achieve the required commitment to closing dates. It has enabled us to explain our achievements better. It's great that it's enabled us to automate reports and forms, eliminated a lot of repetitive tasks, and enabled us to run meetings more efficiently.
