What differentiates Arcserve Unified Data Protection from other similar products?

There is not much to differentiate ARCserve from other vendors, and some have much better reporting and user interfaces.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to mix on premise with cloud backup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting functionality is dreadful, it is very difficult compared to other products to see if your backups are successful and the configuration of protection plans is not intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that you consider investing in independent support to implement, train and help you manage this product effectively.
