What differentiates Amazon Pay from other similar products?
It's user interface, easy to use, onboarding process, instant money transfer and settlement, free for everyone, reward program, various features in single platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is a payment gateway tool by Amazon which is very useful. It has wallet option which you can use to order anything, recharge bills, etc. To add money in wallet you need to do KYC. A lot of Merchants, websites, companies now accepting payments through Amazon pay. Through Amazon Pay you can send money to anyone Instantly and it will be credited to payee account within a moment. Through UPI method payments are instant. You can send money through mobile number, QR code, Bank account number and IFSC code easily. You can also recharge mobile, bills, book travel tickets from the same app. You can also use Amazon pay wallet to buy products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Currently like Paytm wallet you can't send Amazon pay wallet money to any other users. You can only send money from bank accounts through UPI. Apart from that nothing to dislike this app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend everyone to use this for sending money, recharge mobile bills, electricity bills and many more. It is free for everyone. You don't require any charges to create account. You can send money to anyone anywhere and it will get settled instantly. You can also book flight, train and bus tickets from this app. You can also pay your insurance premiums here. Most companies are accepting Amazon pay as payment method. So it is best to use.
