What differentiates Altova MapForce from other similar products?

Scorpion Shipping is very satisfied with Altova products. We completed a very complex integration project for a large international client and choosing to use Altova MapForce was a key enabler of the project. We had previously explored using other products but realized that to use them we need to have programmers, and we need to code. MapForce saved us this and reduced the risk of project delay or failure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We will rely on the MapForce/FlowForce software a lot in the future. Mastering it was a key competency for the company. We believe this competence becomes also our competitive advantage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep making great products that make business life easier and free it from the bondage of outdated legacy technologies and expensive specialists.

What differentiates Altova MapForce from other similar products?

MapForce has been around for a long time and has continuing support from Altova. The ability to generate Java code is also incredibly useful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to generate Java code and integrate it into my product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI needs a refresh and has a lot of features which are unused/not very helpful that clutter the user experience. Better tracking of what features users actually use could help remove or reallocate some of these.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a quick way to map XML schemas then MapForce is your best bet.
