What differentiates Agorapulse from other similar products?

This software stands out from the competition because of its user-friendly interface, prompt responses from customer service representatives via chat, and interest in finding efficient solutions to issues. Additionally, I appreciate the mobile app's functionality and the social media banding tool, which allow me to view messages from various social media platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once you get started, the training course is straightforward and will help you learn the ropes of the site in no time. Downloading content in bulk is also quite helpful, and the reports generated are straightforward. ADEMS, Agorapulse is one of the few platforms that lets you add alternative text to your images while you're scheduling them (or at least it was back when we made the decision to use Agorapulse six months ago).

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the features, like the massive content load I mentioned earlier, are not very intuitive. Once you've figured it out, it goes quickly, but it took me a while to figure out which column in my calculator's worksheet corresponds to which part of a tweet (content, date, time, links, etc.). I don't recall learning that in the training course.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I use Agorapulse because I can schedule content for an entire month across all platforms with just a weekly review, freeing up time to focus on other company initiatives. It's also great that I can add descriptive text to my images through programming; with the help of a new feature in the Library's test version, I can compose the description at the time of upload, and it will be appended to the image whenever it is used. For all this I recommend this program.

At the communication and media level, we have a process for the correct management of them that simplifies all this activity for us and we don't waste time repeating the same action on several platforms, so we use Agorapulse for the management of social networks and for reporting. Our account managers use it to schedule content, create reports and interact with followers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have a lot of time saved thanks to the variety of tools it provides us with such as having to scan hundreds of ads manually to not miss our community's questions and being able to do it easily from one place such as extensive content writing and publishing for Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter among many more platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The addition of TikTok to the platform would be excellent due to it being one of the most trending app of recent times as would the Instagram grid preview functionality for an overview of the material and alerts for increased engagement on a particular post to know how much traffic it has at the moment and what makes it trending.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Excellent platform for managing small teams looking to schedule posts and respond to users by adding a button to go to the social media feed for creating filters that go a long way in preventing negative conversations that way.

What differentiates Agorapulse from other similar products?

I like the way Agorapulse organizes our message inbox. We get to manage and respond to all incoming messages from any of our social media accounts from one place. Thus, it is easier to review , bookmark and assign incoming messages as they are received. That we are able to do this , has greatly reduced pile-up of unanswered messages and , has made it difficult for social media messages to be missed by the entire team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Agorapulse comes with collaboration tools, that has connected the efforts of everyone involved actively or passively in our social media operations. I can follow and track the action of every of my team mate . I can add labels to categorize social media users of interests to us , assign conversations to specific team mates , and likewise jot small internal notes , to give my team a bit of context before they contact a social media user of interest.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Strange that Agorapulse still does not support Tik-tok at this present time, despite the popularity of the social network.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Well suited for overall management of social media presence across multiple platforms. It is not the strongest social media tool in terms of analytical information and it obviously does not support newer social media applications like Tik-tok.
