What differentiates Agorapulse from other similar products?
The interface and accessibility are what make Agorapulse special. Additionally, they have exceptional customer service and are constantly improving their features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that Agorapulse is easy to use, at least from the user perspective. The UI is easy to understand and get around. The platform is not overly crowded but is stacked with a bunch of features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most is the customization of their largest package. We have exceeded what they offer in their biggest package and have yet to create a package that makes sense for us. We have over 200 social media channels that we manage and it seems like that is the typical Agorapulse user.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that if you plan on using Agorapulse, make sure you understand what your needs are first. If your goal is to find an affordable solution to manage 50+ accounts, then I would continue shopping around. However, for small-managed companies, I would highly recommend Agorapulse as they simply get the job done right for scheduling content and managing multiple accounts.
