What differentiates Agorapulse from other similar products?
The main thing that differentiates Agorapulse from competitors is its price. Not only does Agorapulse offer the same social media features as its competitors, but its price makes it a lot more affordable to those looking for social media management software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Agorapulse is its competitor tracking tool. This tool allows me to select other social media accounts of competitors in our industry and measure our social media metrics compared to theirs. In one window I can easily scan and see areas in which we lead and areas where we could improve compared to our competitors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Agorapulse is always improving their product, so negative features tend to go away quickly. One of the features I'm still waiting for is the ability to select more than one photo from the camera roll when using the mobile app. Currently, users have to open the camera roll area each time and scroll and find their photo.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you value customer service and onboarding help, Agorapulse is unbeatable for the price. They have been entirely helpful and attentive. I recommend at least scheduling a call with them to see all the features that they can offer you.

It's a great product, Easy to use and which largely rivals its competitors in terms of UX and functionality. The design of the platform is modern and pleasant.
