What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

The benefits portion and menus are appealing and easy to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Benefits and compensation tracking are easy and also easy to get my tax documents

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing I do most in the system is enter my hours and I have to manually enter them which is annoying since our previous vendor it was an easy copy and paste

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it is great but timekeeping is a chore

Payroll processing is seamlessly automated, assuring accuracy and compliance with tax requirements, while greatly reducing administrative burdens. Furthermore, the platform's clear user interface makes it simple for HR professionals to navigate and manage personnel data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

its complexity, especially for beginning users. The platform has a steep learning curve, and accessing its numerous capabilities can be daunting without proper training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start by assessing your business needs to determine which features are essential.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ADP has top of the line compliance and updates for the latest compliance issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ADP system feels dated and customer support is not always helpful or understanding.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, this is a great product and has all the features a business needs for a payroll / human resources product.
