What differentiates Addigy from other similar products?

More features than other products that were tested and better price point for equal or better value based on trial. Previous MDM software lacking necessary support for critical IT infrastructure in place. Addigy allowed for what was required in an MDM platform. Feature-rich software with decent knowledge base and easy to implement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy enrollment for mobile devices especially Apple products.

Technical issues arise that Addigy support has not provided assistance with

Be sure to extensively test new features before rolling out. Don't count on relying on tech support too much.
