What differentiates Act! from other similar products?
best contact management and beeing able to relate contacts to one another such as Manager to Employee and peers
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the management of the contacts, groups they are in and relationships between the contacts. This is the only feature I need but I must spend $450+ dollars for only this as I don't need pipeline managment or all of the marketing features.
What do you dislike most about this product?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if all you need/want is to manage contacts and relationships, either look for another product or use AI to generate your own very slimmed down solution

What differentiates Act! from other similar products?
ACT is so customizable that it helps to avoid potential issues with having to shoehorn our information into fields that aren't made for what we do. I love labeling everything correctly and being able to customize everything to our liking.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is invaluable to be able to right-click on any field to search by that input. That alone is the primary reason I chose ACT.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software definitely looks antiquated, and the design functions could definitely be cleaned up and updated a bit. There are also glitchy issues like data not being saved in a file sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Certainly start with support as you're getting started with the product.
