Act used to be my priority, now, it is too costly.

What differentiates Act! from other similar products?
Back in 1995, Act was so simple, and easy to use. Over the years, it has gotten so complicated, and owners of companies don't answer calls any more that we have to find a new venue to use your data base. I am glad it interfaces with linked in, otherwise I can not get intouch with my customers like I used to. I am not happyt with act so much like I used to because it has gotten so expensive. Not like the good old days.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Management my calls to my customers or activity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So incredibly expensive, not like in the begining, I love it when it was much more simpler.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think you should break this up, and offer a simpler data base managment, for those of us that like it simple.
