What differentiates Act! from other similar products?

It has both a "person" and a "time" perspective. It not only provides a history of interaction with the contacts but also permits planning the future.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tight interation with OUTLOOK

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app needs improvement, I use the Handheld product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It allows management of one's network. I am a Mentor at The Citadel, a military college in Charleston SC, and i persuaded ACT management to offer a discounted subscription to ACT, which is very much appreciated.
