It also lets you automate tasks and set up custom bots right inside your chats. Compared to other tools, it鈥檚 more affordable and still covers the basics you need for team communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoho Cliq is how simple and intuitive it is to use, while still offering features that actually help teams work better together. The ability to create channels, jump on quick video calls, and automate small tasks with bots makes daily communication smooth. It鈥檚 especially helpful if you're already using other Zoho apps, since everything connects seamlessly and keeps you from jumping between platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Zoho Cliq is that some features feel a bit limited compared to other tools. For example, the lack of threaded replies in busy group chats can make it hard to follow conversations.
