What differentiates Zoho from other similar products?

Zoho Cliq stands out mainly because of its tight integration within the Zoho ecosystem. Unlike Slack or Teams, it connects seamlessly with Zoho CRM, Projects, Desk, Mail, and other Zoho apps, so teams don鈥檛 need multiple tools to manage chats, tasks, and workflows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoho Cliq is how smoothly it integrates with the entire Zoho suite鈥攃hatting, task updates, CRM notifications, and even project discussions all flow into one place, making teamwork faster and more organized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, there isn鈥檛 much to dislike, but if I had to pick one, it would be that some of the advanced features take a little time to explore and set up fully. Once you get used to them, though, they add a lot of value.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I鈥檇 recommend Zoho Cliq especially if your team already uses other Zoho apps, since the integration makes work seamless. Take time to explore its bots, commands, and automation features early on鈥攖hey can really boost productivity. Also, start with the free plan to see how it fits your workflow before scaling up.

What really sets Zoho apart for me is how much it offers in one place, as you don鈥檛 have to jump between five different tools to get work done.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that I can customize almost everything to fit how my team actually works, not just how the software thinks we should.

Sometimes the interface feels a bit dated or clunky, and it takes some digging to find simple settings or features.
