Great product but not easy to use.

What differentiates Zoho from other similar products?
One can integrate Cliq, Meeting, Work Drive on the web version. I think that's cool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can change my availability whether Away, engaged at work, customise to anything to communicate with my colleagues. From chatting on Cliq, I can set a reminder or create tasks from a particular conversation. That's really cool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's functional but not aesthetically pleasing. Also, I dislike that I can't rely on Zoho because on some days my meetings go well and some days it doesn't. Also, it's not really a simple app to use, I had to take my time to explore it's capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great product but most definitely going to take time to learn all it has to offer.
