Difficulty with managing communication thread, as threads can become cluttered and difficult to follow, making it challenging to track conversations and decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy for team messaging, if you have Zoho One it's actually nice to have becuase your Cliq can transfer between apps and you can keep conatct with team mates as you trouble shoot or go through apps and drives. Easy access between team members which makes it easier to work. Within the Zoho Suite of apps, the Cliq web version is 'pervasive' - you can continue chat conversations across Zoho Mail, Connect, etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to purchase Zoho One as a whole, because its mostly preferable for whole Zoho users.
