What do you dislike most about this product?

While writing, there is some lag, which is typical of older versions of Cloud Doc. This can be very irritating when you're attempting to make rapid edits or even just type up text. A lot of the time, it's easier to just type the document in another program and copy and paste it into the desired location.

Users can choose who has access to specific files or folders. Even when not connected to the internet, it functions flawlessly and immediately syncs the files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no features for a dedicated account manager or others. Since they frequently take days to respond to emails, customer service is often disappointing. Some crucial capabilities, such as two-factor authentication, are absent from the entry-level and midlevel models. The video player could be more outstanding and needs more simple controls for playback.
