What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho is one the most preferred CRM solutions for small to mid-size business enterprises. It offers a stellar feature set, gamification modules & powerful email marketing tools at the most competitive prices in the market. Zoho CRM allows us to run multiple campaigns, automate the workflows and streamline the lead nurturing/ scoring process. Performance management is what makes Zoho stand out from the existing contemporaries. It enables us to make accurate forecasts, regularly follow-up with customers and integrate territory management that gives better visibility & practicality to our sales cycle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I shall prefer Zoho CRM for its superb integration & the ease of customization features. It gives us the ability to create custom fields and objects. Organizing & filtering the data is no more a task now. We can effortlessly automate entries of time-consuming data, check the status of leads in pipeline, prioritize them by assigning scores and initiate omni-channel interaction with our customers. Also, Zoho offers excellent integration capabilities not just with the a host of other Zoho products but also with the third party applications. We have even set up email marketing automation for a negligible fees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho CRM is a kind of steep learning curve for us. It offers limited guidance and deficient support documents on the usage and applications of Zoho CRM & its tools. We often get struck while finding solutions using the help database. Technical support team is lacking as well. I really had an awful experience contacting their customer care team once. Also, I would suggest them to improvise and simplify the social integration process at Zoho CRM.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho is a must have CRM tool for small & mid-scale business enterprises. It offers an array of functional features at the most economical cost. You may compare it with the other big players like - Hubspot, Pardot etc and Zoho will excel in most of the categories including cost, performance management & lead nurturing.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Getting all of my clients and opportunities here is convenient, and the "opportunities" part allows me to use the kanban view to obtain a good overview of my possibilities. I can also create tasks from this section, ensuring that none of them are missed. As a result, my staff and I are able to review the month's sales results and predict for the future months in order to set a realistic goal. This allows you to specify what fields are needed and what fields are not required. These features differentiate Zoho CRM from other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
According to my company's and my clients' demands, Zoho CRM is extremely user-friendly. I appreciate how well it organizes clients depending on the data they supply, and how easy it is to integrate data from emails and utilize the calendar to plan meetings. The administration has been made easier by the ability to update many fields at once. Another nice feature is the ability to build numerous views depending on different attributes. And it's cheap to use. Global companies may use this software to take control of their business operations and build long-term client connections.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer support is often ineffective, and issues are common. Zoho templates aren't particularly adjustable, however. Only restricted features are available with the freemium plan. Unlike Zoho Email, GetDrip, and WordPress, CRM does not allow for two-way communication. With API keys, transferring data from one module to another is also a problem. While there is an initial learning curve for some aspects, it is definitely worth the effort.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
An aspect of my experience with Zoho CRM that stands out is its ability to automate. For an affordable price, Zoho offers a CRM with a lot of features (much cheaper than HubSpot). The API may be a valuable tool if you have developers that are able to connect to it in order to populate data from your database. I highly suggest it to people who are looking for a powerful CRM that will allow them to build their pipeline rapidly and follow up on every chance they receive.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Single consolidate Dashboard with relevant info is the differentiate feature with Zoho CRM that we like a lot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Analytics that show various touchpoints with customers. It is very informative and gives very relevant information about interaction points.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The AI Assistant (Zia) can be improved for better predictions. But yes, the more we use it, the more it gives good predictions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, this CRM is feature-rich and has a lot of capabilities that can help businesses to achieve their goal and scale up.
