One of the easiest CRM's to implement.. powerful!

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

There are multiple aspects of Zoho CRM that differentate them from similar options. But customer service is first! NEVER have I had such valued customer service with a software product. When I ask for help, they are right there to assist. Trust me, I ask for help a lot. The next is customization. They give you a raw CRM that with very little effort, you can turn into a customized CRM that revolves around your business! To top that, the CRM is so flexible, you can constantly evolve the CRM around your evolving business model. I've changed my model a few times and each time, Zoho CRM rose to the challenge. I use mine for Real Estate!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration of contacts/leads to direct communication. Send an email, click of a button. Send a text, click of a button. Everything is right there. Plus if you are smart, you'll sign up for Zoho One and get a Zoho system that 99% of the other CRM's can't touch. Campaigns, Social Media, Books... The list goes on! Zoho is constantly adding products, thus allowing your business to adapt and expand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have many dislikes but one is the formula fields that you can build, don't let you add upon themselves. So if I generate a formula with sales price x commission, the field shows the commission. But I can't use that field in another formula, thus making formulas very long and complicated. Not something you can't over come, just a little longer to fully implement. Zoho should add a dummy field that holds that value and allows other formulas to reference that dummy field.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get the Zoho one suite. You will Thank me! The suite of tools is amazing. You can run your entire business off of Zoho One applications.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho CRM has number of best feature which makes ZOHO CRM differ from other, i am pointing few - Deal Management - Chat box - Lead Management - Contact Management - Great understanding with DASHBOARD and analytics

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are number of favorite aspect of Zoho CRM, I am explaining few, - First is DASHBOARD, Dashboard help you give understanding of whats going on. There is great feature we can customize our DASHBOARD as per our requirement. - AI Assistant Zia , I loved this feature - Awesome support for 3rd Party Software integration like Microsoft 365, which helps to manage things quite easy. - UI/UX I loved it - Deal Management and Lead Management quite easy and understandable

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho CRM is doing great in its area. Every product has some improvement. I personally feel that sometime Dashboard loading tooks more then expected time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have only one recommendation that Zoho CRM has to improve Dashboarding loading issue which comes intermitted not every time,

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Many products, particularly in the CRM "arena" claim to provide some type of "all in one solution". In many cases, what that amounts to having a lot of different features and systems, with most of them being functional, but not really operating cohesively. The end result is essentially 47 different products that one can access from one interface, but the products do not really all work all that well together. With Zoho CRM, there is a true "all in one" CRM solution, with every product and feature seamlessly integrating and working in concert with everything else.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our favorite aspect of Zoho CRM has been its ease of use. While it has very powerful tools, including analytics and tracking systems, it is "bundled" in a very user friendly interface. Setup and integration was remarkably quick and easy and minimal training was needed for our staff before everything was up and running smoothly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Guides for customization and automation are not always particularly user friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you do not currently have a CRM, or are not happy with your current solution, Zoho CRM is well worth trying - you won't be disappointed.
