What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Quick and simple deployment is made possible by Zoho's setup wizards. of Zoho, for instance, offers up to 100 personalized reports with up to 10 unique fields for each module. Additionally, Zoho has artificial intelligence built-in that enables users to extract data-driven insights from their customer data. For very small enterprises with three users or fewer, Zoho offers a free subscription at the beginning.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drag and drop option for creating marketing or any analytics reports has several options. Integrating with Wordpress is also simple and easy

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not getting all the features to test in the free version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

After using our CRM, you'll feel that your work has been more accessible and that a non-technical person is only minimally required to be present.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho CRM is user friendly. Customization is good. Customer service is good. The response from customer service is good and fast. Definitely I would recommend Zoho CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization of modules and the fields in the modules. Zoho CRM is easy to understand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Multiple things are not integrated in Zoho CRM like other tools. Few customizations in modules like deals or forecast is not possible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely I would recommend Zoho CRM to others. Because, it is user friendly, easy to understand and easy to use as well. Data or Lead Management is good. We can store and manage large amount of data easily.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

I have used a lot of CRM products but ZOHO has a lot of features and customizable options which recent CRM lacks. Zoho CRM doesn't have the best UI in the market but it works well. I am disappointed with their apps, but when it comes to web interfaces it works like charm. The best part is you can design the blueprints of workflows with proper integration, so I would recommend anyone who is thinking about purchasing Zoho CRM, please hire a expert so they can build the buleprint or it will be a hassle to make those workflow blueprints.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Functionality, workflow creation, API integration and many more. The best part is they got the unlimited functionality which can be edited. No limitations, no hassle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think they should change the UI of all the products they have added. With a proper smart minimalist UI can make things smart for the novice users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would 100% recommend it to the SMBs cause it will help with the workflows and cut out the useless time. It will save your time and money. Any organization with the complex workflow can implement Zoho CRM for greater good.
