What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM has quietly become one of the more stable parts of our client management toolkit. While it鈥檚 not the flashiest CRM out there, it plays really well with our lead generation workflows鈥攅specially when we鈥檙e pulling leads from organic sources and routing them to sales. It bridges the gap between what I track (sessions, clicks, conversions) and what our AE team needs (calls booked, deals closed).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really appreciate how flexible the modules are. We customized fields to reflect each campaign type鈥擲EO audits, brand packages, content retainers鈥攁nd now the CRM actually reflects how we talk as a team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only real downside? The UI can get a little cluttered if you鈥檙e not intentional about your layout
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you鈥檙e part of a team that鈥檚 trying to prove SEO isn鈥檛 just vanity traffic, Zoho CRM is a solid way to bring those dots together. It鈥檚 not going to win any design awards, but it鈥檒l help you track what matters鈥攁nd automate more than you expect.
