What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
Zapier is extremely unique in that it has procured thousands of integration of products that normally don't "talk" to each other. It's a trusted connection source that leverages our marketing agencies capabilities ten fold.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zapier is the ease of integration from so many different products. When I go to connect a new product or software, the walkthrough experience is extremely easy. Zapier empowers my agency to do more internally and externally. We primarily use it for internal notifications and for automation processes between our websites and email/other marketing avenues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's not much I dislike about Zapier. It does the job it's supposed to do almost flawlessly. The issues i've experience have been on the side of the platforms/software being integrated, not Zapier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For someone recommending Zapier, I would say think creatively. There are millions of things Zapier does that enable you to do what you could not do before. Do you want to get an email notification when someone fills out an email lead form? Do you want an automated text message to go out when someone chats on our website's chatbox? This software enables you to do the "impossible."

Zapier it's clearly the market leader in this product types. No other product as as much features and integrations as Zapier
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The amount of integrations and the scalability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometimes it can get a bit confusing for new users.

Test it, if you need to integrate two systems Zapier it's the best and most affordable way

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
updating data from Asana to Salesforce and vice versa. These are the advantages: On both platforms, fewer licenses have to be given to users. Users of Asana and Salesforce both continue to utilize those respective platforms. Both receive prompt updates. Spend less time. It also gets rid of human mistake. With zapier, automating routine operations that take little time to complete is simple. And it takes a lot less time to complete a task.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since MOST platforms are accessible on the Zapier network, I can link several platforms and automate tasks with practically any platform. I'm quite happy with Zapier聽ability to connect two programs; if I change a field in Salesforce, Asana will update instantly. The same holds true for both Asana and Salesforce. The ability to update and search for records, filter records, and delay some zaps are other features I enjoy. I also like the flexibility to remove several parts within a single Asana project.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are several aspects that I dislike since they take a long time, such as the fact that the test logs don't always reflect the most current changes even if they claim to. This specifically occurs when we have several zaps on the same account. Zapping picklist fields is difficult because you have to upload each picklist value one at a time to Zapier by copying their IDs. You might have to scroll for a very long time to discover your project because the search filter isn't very intelligent. When you use search, the project name doesn't appear right away; you have to browse till you find it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To get the most of the platform during setup, hire an expert. then engage a partner who can assist you on your path. Immediately updating or creating new records from one platform to another is possible using Zapier. It has been used to connect Airtable or Asana to Salesforce. Additionally, there are several shortcomings or pain spots with the product's user interface. Updates to picklist fields and their values can be a little challenging. The ability to search test logs or projects might be enhanced. If others need to link it with their CRM and other systems, they should take it into consideration.
