Industry Standard, could be much less for Starter

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
It's the industry standard and people are very familiar with it. It's also extremely robust and easy to connect the "zaps."
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's just extremely easy to set up and connect APIs without a developer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price is a bit steep if you are a light user. I would pay $10 a month for 500 tasks, I don't need 750 tasks for $19.99 and to be locked in for a year.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
See if the free tier works for you, then decide if you want to do the starter.

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
Zapier lets you create triggers for your work and automate repetitive tasks in a way that saves you time and money. It helps you automate your company's set quality assurance processes and reports. The process of onboarding new customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zapier has helped me bridge the gap between the various software programs I use, saving me a lot of time each month and eliminating the need to manually enter data as a business owner. Automated pipelines are easy to create. It can do very simple to very complex automation, such as analyzing and transforming data to generate complex results.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are certain restrictions with some software that might be addressed; I am not sure if these difficulties are solely due to Zapier聽constraints or to the limitations of the secondary program. I did run across some problems with some zaps, but it was mostly due to how they were configured in the root program, not Zapier; nonetheless, it took me a long to figure it out because Zapier聽remedies in his papers were a little hazy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend your time knowing that everything is going smoothly. Zapier makes the process very easy. There are so many apps available that it's easy to set up, and Zapier has expert coverage to help you set it up, so don't worry if you miss something. If you run into any issues, up his Zap for an affordable price.

Great for integrating non-native apps

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
Best to integrate 2 or more apps that do not have a native integration and/or are limited in customization options
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Do not have to create complicated API codes and it's easy for non-developer teammates to set integrations by themselves.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Inability to run large-volume integrations at a competitive price point
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Though Zapier is excellent for simple client integrations, we often run into internal use cases that require complexity that Zapier cannot provide. Specifically working with API calls (not just webhooks), complex multi-step integrations with Routing/parsing/etc, and large volume integrations.
