What differentiates Whereby from other similar products?

Whereby has an incredibly easy-to-use interface with the best white labeling functionality I've seen on any VC tool. My clients love that it feels on-brand and welcoming. As it is primarily browser-based, there is no need to download any software or wonder whether you forgot to run an update before your next call. After using it for a year, I've been super impressed with the lack of lag and technical glitches that had become synomymous with using zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the ease-of-use for my clients, the knock-knock feature for entering a room, and the white labeling. The price cannot be beat either

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only issue with Whereby is I cannot download an audio only file of a video recording.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you don't need a VOIP solution with phone number dial-in, otherwise, I highly recommend Whereby.
