UKG Pro is great easy to use software!

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
I've only used one other product but I wasn't in HR so I can't compare them fairly. UKG is easy to use although there is a learning curve however they provide plenty of training options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For my faily purposes its super easy to use and I like all that can be done in BI. BI does take training to learn but the possibilities truly feel endless.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that I have to open a ticket for help, I've asked our contacts questions but everything has to be a ticket. Sometimes it would be nice to have them answer questions or demo something.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There's so much that UKG can do and you won't be disappointed. While it is easy to use there will be a learning curve depending on what parts of the software you will need to use.

UKG's customer support and learning center goes above and beyond most vendors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can be very efficient with this all-in-one platform. It meets our needs from Recruiting, Onboarding, Timekeeping, Performance Reviews, Compensation Management, Payroll and Taxes, Reporting, and more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although much of the product is customizable, I wish more of the pages were configurable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Determine if the product features meet your needs and the cost meets your budget.
