What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
We find UKG to be a lot easier to use the ADP, and it has more features that we can use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think the software is pretty great. I think the benefits wizard really works great for open enrollment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I still think WFM is a little hard to use. There should be a way to fix it to make reports better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Buy it you won't be sorry.

I love how easy it is to learn. And it does everything I need it to do and more.
