What differentiates Titan GPS from other similar products?

The equipment is easy to install and has proven to be reliable, the online dashboard is easy to navigate and has a nice amount of reports to run.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to use and navigate through the online dashboard. The user applications work well, we have made use of the Fielddocs application as well and it has been a generally good experience. The support staff are friendly and knowlagable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are random times that the GPS does not update or gets stuck on the dashboard map, this is rare and I am sure other providers have the same issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Titan provides good user support, the dashboard is easy to navigate, and the user apps work well and we have generally good feedback from our drivers about the application.

Maintaining live status of technicians on the road. Helps to plan the urgent calls that come in throughout the day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

web interface freezes, but likely due to updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your research, there are other similar tracking software, make sure it suits your needs.
