What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

Tidio offers canned responses that an agent can save to provide quick replies to common similar questions as this saves more time from operators responding to questions each time. They have an AI chatbot that runs on both chat widget and on social media tools which other tools do not offer and this sets Tidio to be so different from other tools

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tidio currently supports Video calling on the live chat widget and this has turned to be my best feature from the live typing insights because customer feel loved while communicating with support team on video call and has improved a lot of engagements. Also Tidio pricing offers a greater value for money to smaller businesses because a single license can be used by three agents unlike other tools where one have to pay per user, per month

What do you dislike most about this product?

Other features of Tidio like the email marketing feature and the SMTP configurations are still in Beta state. While using the SMTP, verification fails to complete and you can only use the forwarding rule to respond to client's question through email which does not offer professional communication.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tidio is great and at an affordable pricing and for this, I would recommend it.

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

I've been a Tidio user for a year now, having previously used Landbot. Having tried other chatbot platforms, I found Tidio to be a refreshing change. What stands out about Tidio is its remarkable speed. During my trials, the chatbot responded almost immediately, guaranteeing quick and effective answers to my customers' inquiries. Another commendable feature is the software's straightforward deployment. Integrating Tidio into my website was a breeze and took only a few minutes, with the setup process being extremely intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tidio is incredibly user-friendly and presents a visually appealing interface. I appreciate that it doesn't restrict the chat feature to just one website, which suits my needs perfectly. I've integrated the chat on my educational website, allowing students and prospective students (as I'm involved in higher education) to contact me directly. It's also on my consulting website, enabling me to track and generate leads from both platforms at the same time. The cost for this feature is quite reasonable. Although I wish their email marketing was priced more competitively with Mailchimp, Tidio offers a more intuitive approach to segmentation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing structure is perplexing and no longer beneficial for small-scale businesses. Tidio, being a competitor of Intercom, is naturally inclined towards larger enterprises. We felt let down when we didn't receive any reminders from Tidio about the annual renewal. We had plans to discontinue our subscription but were not given any email reminders or notifications, which is a common practice. When we chose to cancel our account shortly after our renewal date, we requested a renewal. However, Tidio does not offer any refund, not even a partial one. The process of creating chatbots in multiple languages can become quite chaotic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In terms of customer engagement, we used to handle all customer inquiries via email. However, email communication will become obsolete for the modern consumer, who seeks instant responses and for that, I would highly recommend the software

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

The fair pricing of the software makes it affordable for every business and they have a responsive customer care team who responds to technical questions anytime you contact them

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The remarkable capability of Tidio to develop highly personalized chatbots is noteworthy. The efficient automation in answering frequently asked questions has not only conserved a significant amount of my time, but it has also boosted the productivity of my customer service

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is difficult to se tup chatbot flow due to panels design being too limited and diminished you need to zoom out before you can you have the full view

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is easy and worthy a trial, it has both the customer communication tool and the email marketing part
