The feature set is incredible and continues to expand. Clear documentation, active user community. The 鈥淪parrow鈥� is consistently used in marketing campaigns and corporate branding.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quality over quantity. Robust platform with stellar support. Experienced leadership. Alway nice when things just work 鉁�
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no the to dislike 鈥渕ost鈥�. There is always room for improvement in any company. SurveySparrow is no exception to this rule and they are well aware of this. Included functionality per different tier/plan could be made even more clear. Is being worked already.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sign up for SurveySparrow鈥檚 14 day free trial and schedule your calendar accordingly. As with every products, there is a learning curve. While it is not necessarily steep in SurveySparrow鈥檚 case (plenty of documentation and their support team ready to assist), don鈥檛 start exploring the system in day 12 of the trial period鈥�

What differentiates SurveySparrow from other similar products?
I honestly never used other products to create surveys, but from my experience in responding to surveys/questionnaires in other similar products, SurveySparrow did the job very well for what I needed to. When I started setting up my prompts from a draft to the platform, the features available made me rethink the dynamics of my questionnaire. In other words, the platform show me that I could improve the work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very friendly platform which eases building up your survey. I loved the functions available, such as setting logic to the questions and connecting prompts, and different types of questions, as multiple choices, rating, ranking and matrix, in which you can use Likert scale. The platform enables you create your own design, choosing fonts, colours and styles. It seems to have many functions needed to build surveys. Also, the report with the results is ease to customise and very well designed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I couldn't use italics or boldness in the answer choices.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is worth a try. It worked very well for me and I will definitely use again when needed.
