What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?
The SAP B1 Hana database is outstanding and no other product has its performance. The integrated Business Intelligence tool within SAP B1 generated strategic information without the need for a third-party reports designer like Power BI. The world-class branding of SAP gives a company running SAP Business One proof of good business administration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Business Intelligence 360 integrated tool to analyze Purchases and Sales revenue.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is hard to find complete business flow documentation to train the users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To train all your users in basic accounting. SAP Business One generates accounting journals automatically and it is necessary to understand what is happening behind the scenes.

What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?
SAP Business One brings in a lot of automation which drastically minimizes the chances of manual errors happening and this I think is a major differentiator
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the plethora of integrations with various modules that are available. Also, transfer of data from one module to another is quick and effective
What do you dislike most about this product?
SAP Business one is a little complicated software to use at first. The interface could be made much simpler.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend SAP Business One for a large established company rather than a start up.

What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?
It has a list of features, be it around operations, accounting, finance or managing your CRM, it can help in potentially managing most of things related to your business activities. It is especially helpful for a nascent business and will give you a lot of opportunities to organise and automate your actions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can easily automate daily, weekly & monthly reports. Also, the dashboards and analytics are pretty intuitive and give you quick actionable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For a beginner, it could be a bit difficult to understand the whole gamut of features but that's understandable given the depth of features the software has. The training materials can be referred though.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the best ERP tool if you are a small or medium business. Their pricing is also reasonable.
