What differentiates Samsara from other similar products?
Everything is in house operations instead of 3rd party being involved.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to pull multiple videos at once and the ability to see the exact longitude and latitude location of the drivers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That the side camera view is only for 2 days and then it deletes. making it unavailable even though there was footage recorded.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend the red-eye camera system so that the night time video footage is clear and visible.

What differentiates Samsara from other similar products?
I like that we have both the driver's logs and the video recording system available in the same product, our company used to use two separate entities for these functions and having them together eases use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy how easy it is to search for drivers and to immediately see where they are on the map, I am happy with how easy it is to request video.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We rarely have side cameras available for the full day we are supposed to, sometimes we search for something that happened yesterday and there is already no side cameras available. If we start a ticket we just get told the same line of "the footage overwrites" but it is overwriting too quickly to be useful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make use of all the training materials they have available, there are a lot of benefits that may not be obvious.
