Annoying bugs and back-end is impossible to understand without professional training.

You must have qualified ERP staff to support the employees. Regular IT staff doesn't count. You NEED ERP staff.

What differentiates Sage X3 from other similar products?
This is a very complete tool to keep all the financial, accounting and administrative information of a company, especially if it is a small or medium-sized company. In particular, it has helped us to have in order all the accounts of suppliers, regular customers and new customers, helping us to have an organized and up to date work with the accounts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the advantages that we have seen of this system is that it has helped us with productivity and to make us more efficient, because the tasks that took us more time to perform in spreadsheets, we can easily perform them in the program, gaining time for other activities. Another great advantage is that we can access this program on any platform, either from the computer or from the mobile and best of all is all the options it gives to control the administrative activities of the company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What we have seen unfavorable is that, in its free version, it does not provide the full range of options and greatly limits its use, so it became a necessity for us to buy the paid version. Also, some employees have found it difficult to use and adapt to the tool, so it has been necessary to give some talks so that all the departments involved handle it perfectly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your company is in need of a tool that helps to manage and have control of all income, expenses, pending payments, orders and all the use of the administrative area, Sage X3 will be the best solution, because your employees will save time and will be much more efficient.

It features eCommerce Magento, Salesforce and Sage CRM integrations The user interface is very user friendly because it offers a lot of customization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be expensive to maintain and implement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend anyone considering the software to opt for third party assistance in customization but once that is done the product is user friendly.
