I really dislike their automations. They are really difficult to put together and do not work very well.

Pipedrive is very user friendly and it is obvious that the people who built the platform had experience in sales and knew what was needed in an effective CRM.

The ease of exporting and importing information from xlsx and csv files

The inability to sort in a pipeline
