Its flexibility is my favorite aspect of this product.

only thing I dislike that it requires heavy IT support and frequent maintenance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be prepared to invest in ongoing support and consider whether a cloud migration strategy fits your long-term roadmap.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?

A consistent brand since 2001 for me starting at Chrysler, then Textron and DynCorp, quick help, no delays and friendly staff

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cost versus the capabilities it gives

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really can not think of any, much better than Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity and UKG

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

make sure you look at apples to apples, like Workday versus Peoplesoft, and not Paylocity to Peoplesoft, different products for different size company's
