A good Privacy management platform in the market and offers some really good features compared to the competition. "I have been in GRC space for last 20+years and worked on various platforms such as: Archer, ServiceNow, MetricsStream, Galvanize [Diligent], OneTrust, LogicGate, LogicManager, Securiti.ai, Credo.ai to name a few. I have also spent 10 years of my career leading the RSA Archer product engineering team.

What differentiates OneTrust Privacy Management from other similar products?

Based on my experience, OneTrust is the most popular privacy management platform. Several organizations where I worked also used OneTrust for their websites. Also, I have seen many other websites with OneTrust. It means that your customers may be already familiar with the UI of OneTrust too. It will help them to consent the privacy agreement on your website without any confusions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy to implement. OneTrust can be implemented via Tag Management System such as Google Tag Manager.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not enough FAQs or trouble shooting in the technical documents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Privacy and cookie consent is very serious on websites. It is worth to rely on the available privacy management platform.
