What differentiates Omnisend from other similar products?
In addition to having better and faster customer service, I found that Omnisend offers slightly more leeway when designing email campaigns. Customer Service Agustin and his colleagues were incredibly helpful in quickly resolving a small issue I had. Fast and pleasant service. Making sure their consumers had the best and easiest experience possible seemed to be their top priority.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Their responsiveness to our requests for adjustments is excellent. Several reporting tools have been developed that we requested. To reach everyone on our list with our weekly newsletter and promotional emails, we use Omnisend in conjunction with another email service provider. Our previous ESP was incredibly expensive and we were incurring significant overages shipping our entire list, so we switched to Omnisend.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far, I haven't discovered anything that I don't really enjoy with Omnisend. At some point, there may be a small problem, but I have no doubt that they would be more than willing to help with a major one if asked.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With Omnisend, we can easily create beautiful email campaigns that inform customers about sales, new products, and other promotions. With Omnisend, I can create automated emails, forms, and more that contribute to the success of my business and generate income.

What differentiates Omnisend from other similar products?
In the previous ten years, I've used a number of different email campaign providers, but none of them offered the greatest customer support, the easiest setup, or the most beautiful, fully editable designs. It might be scary to try out a new piece of software for the first time, but the plethora of instructional videos available on YouTube makes it all seem manageable. Omnisend's support staff is helpful, polite, and fast to answer if you run into trouble. The process of setting it up was very simple.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Compared to our previous e-mail provider, Klaviyo, which had a horrendous UI and was a pain to use, OmniSend is a far better option. Having made the switch to OmniSend, we have no desire to go back to our previous email provider. As far as email marketing tools go, OmniSend offers an unbelievable combination of pricing and usability. I have no qualms about recommending it to my coworkers and in fact do so frequently!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The one thing I don't like is the premade email templates, but that's because I'm a Web designer and am accustomed to making my own. In order to save time while crafting emails, I take advantage of the option to preserve previously created layouts. The quality of their automated branding tool leaves something to be desired, but it is not the software's primary selling point, so I can live with it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's similar to an automated process in that you may schedule events to occur, such as when and where a pop-up window will appear on a product page to make a special offer. Once the visitor joins up via a popup, the subsequent steps in the automation sequence are tailored to the popup via which the visitor signed up. This includes the welcome page they see, the order confirmation email they receive, and so on.
