New Relic APM provides us with a solution to consistently track the performance and monitor the systems in our network. The implementation and log scarping phases are simple and quick
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to add alert conditions for NRQL queries or infra metrics and get alerted whenever the threshold is achieved or crossed
What do you dislike most about this product?
Logs are best viewed when exported and analyzed instead of going through the portal

A much needed tool to track and monitor different systems under a single platform

What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?
New Relic has enabled use to monitor our server and also other entity types with far better granularity and also alert the user in case any abnormality is detected
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
New Relic automatically tracks the error rates in the hosts and they can be further filtered according to the error class or host name. The Apdex score is also calculated in the dashboard which can be used to measure the stability of the servers
What do you dislike most about this product?
Query builders needs more GUI buttons which can help out the users while building the NRQL queries, a syntax corrector would also be useful
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A great APM tool to keep track of the entities hosted by the organisation and also quite useful during in depth analysis

It has everything which a application performance monitoring tools requires , its different filters can help you with in taking any kind of reports from the data/statistics. Number of features it offers, I have never seen so many features in one place

- Variety of filters - Features like analytics , ability to grab crash reports - Feasibility - User friendly UI

Highly-priced , this is one thing which we experienced

If you wish to track all the events and actions happening with your applications , then this is one of the best tool to have at your work place. This will surely add great value !
